Arrive 10 minutes prior to your Pick Up/Meeting Point time at designated meeting location as discussed when booking.

Your tour includes:

Certified, trained and professional guides and reservations staff.
We provide all the equipment you need for the rafting trip, this equipment includes wetsuits, wetsuit booties for your feet, fleece sweater, spray jacket, life-jacket, helmets and of course your paddle! Transportation from Banff or Canmore is also available.

Remember to bring:

Wear your bathing suit, bring a fleece for extra insulation, towel and a (warm sweater) for after your rafting trip and a bag to hold your personal items while you’re on the river.

International – Canada 1-403-678-6535. Please note our tours require a minimum of 8 participants, please call us 24 hours prior to your rafting experience on 1-877-226-7625 to confirm your booking and discuss any details or changes that may be required regarding the tour.


Full payment is required at the time of Online booking. We accept Visa and Mastercard or will accept cash, debit or travellers cheques at the Rafting Office (909A Railway Ave. Canmore Alberta Canada. T1W2P3). No additional charges are applicable after full payment is made; all rafting equipment is included.


We require 48 hours notice prior to departure to cancel or change a tour without penalty.
Group bookings of 9 or more guests, as well as custom and private bookings, have a 7 day cancellation period.
We accept Visa and Mastercard for Online Reservations.
All pricing is in Canadian Dollars and subject to 5% GST tax.
We require a minimum of 2 hours in advance to book this activity online. Alternatively, you can contact our office directly to inquire about short-term bookings.

Group Bookings

All Online group bookings must be fully paid in advance by credit card.


After your payment is confirmed you will receive a confirmation number which will also be sent to you by email with your receipt. Your booking is valid only for the trip and date booked.

Cancellation by Guests

Sometimes your plans may change or unavoidable situations arise that necessitate having to cancel or change your trip plans… we understand that. We provide you with a generous 48 hour cancellation policy for individual bookings, and 7 days for groups of 9 or more, group deposits are non- refundable. Please note that our trips depart rain or shine. However, please understand that once your trip is booked we reserve your space, assign staff and resources to ensure your trip runs smoothly. Since few of these costs are recoverable at the last minute, cancellations or reschedules inside of 48 hours (7 days for groups of 9 or more) of your scheduled trip departure are non-refundable and you will be fully charged.

Cancellation by Canadian Rockies Rafting Co. LTD.

Although we rarely cancel due to lack of participation, trips are subject to a minimum of 8 guests. Canadian Rockies Rafting and its agents reserve the right to cancel any trips due to adverse water, weather and related conditions, safety concerns or insufficient bookings; a full refund or rescheduling of events will be made available in this event.
If we do have to cancel we will do everything in our power to offer a comparable substitution, and if we do have time we will contact you to offer a solution, unless river levels rise overnight. As soon as we know we will let you know and at that time you can either cancel with a full refund, or you can choose the solution that we have offered.

Canadian Rockies Rafting acts as a booking agent for numerous other highly qualified rafting companies in addition to providing its own rafting services. We are your “One Stop Rafting Connection”.


A release/waiver must be signed prior to the trip and is a condition of participation. (Smart Waiver) Although we take every precaution to ensure that you have a safe and fun trip, white water rafting does have inherent risks.
Minors, under the age of 18 in Alberta , 19 in British Columbia , must have an adult or guardian sign for them. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.


Minimum age 5 and weight 40lbs for all participants.
Maximum weight restriction is 350lbs for all participants.
Please provide child’s ages in the comments field of the booking.
